Districts of Mountaineer Area Council

Mountaineer Area Council is divided into two geographic districts to support the implementation of the Scouting America program with activities, local unit support, and membership growth.  Districts operate under the direction and vision of the Mountaineer Area Council.

Ohio River Valley District – “Upper Ohio River Valley”

6 WV counties (Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, Tyler, Wetzel), 4 OH counties (Belmont, Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe)
